MPUVN has issued an RfP for 32 MW Rooftop Project under RESCO mode for industrial consumers in Mandideep industrial area near Bhopal in MP. Pre-bid for the Industries project has been organized in MP Bhawan, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi on June 25, 2019 at 11am. All companies interested in the rooftop sector are invited.
The industries are on land given on lease by MP Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC). To enhance assurance regarding payment to developers, MPIDC is offering payment assurance and would also be co-signatory in the PPA.
The price discovery would be through Reverse Auction. Work would be allotted in one or more packages, each of around 4MW.
A concessional loan is available from World Bank through SBI & ADB through PNB line of credit, as also from IREDA.
MP’s RESCO projects have been implemented with assistance from the World Bank and with support from ISA.
