This has reference to the RfS for selection of developer for setting up of 2 MW project at Thurputallu village, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. (RfS No.SECI/JNNSM/P-2/B-6/AP/RfS/022016). Last date of bid submission has been extended to 06.10.2016 (upto 1800 hrs). The RfS document has been uplaoded on https://www.tcil-india-electronictender.com/etshome/EtsHomePage.aspx. (Only viewed on Microsoft Internet explorer 10.x or above brower).
Interested bidders have to download the official copy of RfS & other documents after logging into the TCIL website by using the Login ID and password provided by TCIL during registration. The bidder shall only be eligible to submit/upload the Response to RfS after logging into the TCIL portal and downloading the official copy. Bidders are requested to follow the instructions mentioned in the attached ETS guideto change the settings on Internet Explorer browser.
