Below is the verbatim transcript of Anurag Mundra’s interview to Reema Tendulkar & Nigel D’Souza. Nigel: There are some rumours doing the rounds in terms of auditors’ takeaway on your company. Could you give us some kind of commentary on that? The various allegations and the rumours are that there are no supporting vouchers found for close to about 40 percent of expenses, some question marks being raised on your inventory management as well, anything you would like to comment on this? A: The rumours are completely false. We are the first company in India to put up a solar power plant under Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) mechanism, first company in India to put up a solar park. We are a SAP company, so a lot of best SAP practices are already there in the organisation. Our auditor is one of the renowned auditors in the city of Indore. We have a very strong board, strong audit committee and strong independent director and even our corporate governance, whatever compliance we have to do in stock exchange, we are very regular in filing the reports.
