Sales Operations Analyst
Job description:
Exp: 2-6 years; Quarterly Business Review Automation. The current process is manually intensive and not scalable.
This requires an understanding of business intelligence toolsets and the ability to interface reporting platforms such as Tableau and Qlikview into powerpoint.
DataMart Evolution. The building of a data warehouse is in process but stalled. This position will validate the requirements, user acceptance testing, and complete the DataMart project.Rebate database/calculations.
A current prototype is in place but needs further refinement.Current quarter point of sale rebate estimates. Current process specific to program payouts needs improvement.Sales Incentive Compensation further automation needed.
This is a WW function and current process has some automation. Compensation plans/commission statements/commission incentive management file need automation.
SFDC reporting and administration. Additional capacity is needed in order to fully maximize use of SFDC. This includes building new reports and an intermediate level of administration activities.Point of sale weekly reporting needs further automation.
Sales Demand Meeting decks are currently manually intensive. This position will develop a consistent prototype worldwide.Market Intelligence reporting.
This involves integrating external data reporting into internal data reporting mechanisms.Weekly Sales target reporting. Further automation needed.
Opex tracking mechanism needed. Current process is manually intensive and needs to drill down to micro level from the current macro level roll-up level..
What you will typically need to do it wellBA required5+ years sales operations, financial, and business analytics experience, preferably in complex Solar or High-Tech industry multi-tiered channel environments
