Sangam Advisors Ltd has acquired the 10000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (representing 100% shareholding) of 8M Solar Fund Private Limited.
With this acquisition of shareholding, 8M Solar Fund Private Limited became wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from September 15, 2017.
