Petition under Sections 61(h), 86(1)(c) and 86(1)(e) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 60, 65 and 68 of the HERC RE Regulations, 2017 and Regulation 65 of the HERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2019 seeking necessary order and/or direction regarding the issues pertaining to the levy of wheeling and transmission losses under the HERC RE Regulations, 2017 2nd Amendment, notified on 14.06.2019 viz. duplication in the levy of wheeling losses, as well as the unjustified levy of transmission and wheeling losses without taking into account the inter-se location of points of injection and drawl.
