
Senvion receives 121.5-MW turbine deal from Continuum Green Energy – EQ
In Short : Senvion India secured a 121.5-MW turbine order from Continuum Green Energy for its 4.2M160 wind turbines, marking a significant milestone. The project, slated for Gujarat or Karnataka, includes 50 turbines with delivery starting in April 2026. In Detail : Wind turbine manufacturer Senvion India said today it has received an order to deliver 121.5 MW of its hardware for the projects of its compatriot Continuum Green Energy.
The deal covers the supply, installation and commissioning of 45 units of Senvion’s 2.7M130 wind turbine generators, which are suitable for low-wind sites. Deliveries of the equipment are set to commence this year, Senvion said.
Specific details about Continuum’s project were not available in the press statement.

Senvion India, which was acquired by Alfanar in 2021, last year secured several orders from Continuum Green Energy, one of which was also for machines from its 2.7M130 platform. The project developer also ordered 210 MW of Senvion’s new 4.2M160 turbines for projects in Gujarat or Karnataka.
