Service & Maintenance Executive – Solar Pumps
Job Description:
The Service & Maintenance Executive Solar Pumps will be managing the following responsibilities:
Monitoring the Performance of systems in pre determined time interval
Try to solve the complains on phone & if not than appointing the relevant person .
Diagnosing breakdown problems
Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly
Carrying out quality inspections
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.
Support other teams and functions as required by the business
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements
Solar Pumping Systems inspection to be carried out with Design engineer to see the location of solar panel, pump controller and pump set.
Coordinating with the design team for drawing for solar module placement and deadline of the project.
Project scheduling – completion of project in different parts for example, solar module placements completion on required date, DC wiring and AC wiring on schedule date, inverter installation date.
Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Collection of the Completion certificate post, CEIG inspection is arranged by office(Mandatory inclusion in audits are :- earthling pit location and no. of earthling , inverter capacity and location)
Ensuring that the sites are studied adequately
Checking & reporting on work being done by contractor
Site Co ordination
Basic Documentations of all the projects
Reporting to team lead on daily basis
