SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Concludes Legally-Binding Contracts for the Announced Delivery of Production Machines for CIGS Thin-Film Modules
Following SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG’s announcement on Tuesday, May 24, about the signing of the letters of intent, now the respective, legally-binding contracts for the delivery of production machines for CIGS solar modules were concluded with a subsidiary of the Chinese state-owned enterprise China National Building Materials (CNBM).
The finalization of the project’s financing is also expected on short notice after the now concluded final signing of the legally-binding delivery contracts. The contracts are still subject to the approval of the relevant boards of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES.
Taking into account all available relevant information SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will now review the impact on the previously published forecasts for the key financial figures for the years 2016 and 2017 and will inform the markets shortly about necessary adjustments of the forecasts, if applicable.
