
SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES signs new contract to supply five more selenization systems for the production of CIGS thin-film modules

Kahl am Main – China National Building Materials (CNBM), Beijing, has signed a contract today in China with SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES) for the supply of five selenization systems of the type CISARIS for the production of CIGS solar modules. The implementation of the five further CISARIS furnaces sees the plant in the city of Bengbu, Anhiu Province achieve its planned overall production capacity of 300 MW. SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES has now supplied a total of 14 large coating and selenization systems for this expansion phase.
The total value of the contract for SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES is in excess of EUR 30 million. Payment on account for the project is expected to be received soon.
