SirajPower maximises 1.5MWp solar rooftop for Dubai fit-out firm
UAE’s distributed solar energy provider SirajPower has integrated and continually maximises Dubai-based fit-out firm Bond Interior’s newly constructed facility in Dubai Industrial City with a 1.5MWp solar rooftop system.
Since 2020, the solar plant has generated 2.4 GWh of clean energy to date and has helped displaced nearly 2,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions, corresponding to over 28,000 tree seedlings grown for a decade.
Earlier this year, SirajPower reported significant growth as it doubled its solar assets in 2020 to achieve a 100 MWp distributed solar portfolio, making it the most extensive in the region. The company currently operates over 180 solar plants across the UAE
Among some of its deals at the start of the year include a warehouse agreement to install a 2.3MWp solar rooftop system in the cold store and warehouse for Rex Dubai in Al Quoz Industrial, installation of solar rooftops for five Jafza buildings and a solar agreement with Airlink International UAE.
