Maximum 02 (Two) persons from the respective Bidder company are allowed to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Bidders are required to send their confirmation mail at umesh.patidar@seci.co.in or prashantu@seci.co.in to attend the Pre-Bid meeting latest by 05.03.2023. Mail confirmation is sought mandatorily for managing the necessary arrangements in this regard.

1. Prospective bidders may visit the site any day up to 04.03.2023. Bidders are requested to send a line of confirmation with planned dates for site visit at prashantu@seci.co.in and umesh.patidar@seci.co.in prior to commencement of site visit.

Shimla to Rampur : 140 km, (Duration 04:30 hr);
Rampur to Rekong Peo: 100 km (Duration: 4 hr);

Total Shimla to Pooh: 300 km (Duration: 10 hr)
Pooh to Kaza: 140 km (05:30 hr)
Bidders may stay at Pooh, then visit site on subsequent day and come back to Pooh.
