Sobha Carnation CHS, Pune goes Solar under PPA with Greenrays Enersol
Sobha Carnation CHS, a reputed premier society in Kondhwa, Pune took another positive step towards going green by inaugurating a 69kWp rooftop Solar PV plant in partnership with Greenrays Enersol Private Limited, a Mumbai based major Solar Service Provider. This project is taken up under PPA model, wherein entire investment is done by Greenrays and power is consumed captively by the society for common loads through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between both the entities. Net-metering sanction from MSEDCL for Solar plant is also received, which makes sure full benefit of solar generation is passed onto to society.
With completion of this project, Sobha Carnation society saves more than 50% of energy bills of common loads, month on month. Greenrays brings in Quality project designing & execution skills along with centralized system maintenance under PPA terms for next 15 years to make sure Society gets maximum solar generation benefits.
