GCL IntegrationThe announcement on the evening of the 30th stated that the company’s real controller and director Zhu Shanshan’s GCL Group and Softbank Investment planned to invest USD 930 million to set up a joint venture in India. The joint venture planned to have a production capacity of 4 GW and implement it in two phases with 2GW per phase. . The principal activities involve the production and sales of photovoltaic ingots, wafers, batteries and components.
