Solar Manager
Job Description:

Responsibilities
Manage design of Grid based/Roof-top/Floating commercial Solar projects.
Co-ordinate with vendors for product procurement
On-time delivery of Solar PV Projects
Planning, mobilising and leading team of installation engineers
Co-ordinate with Govt. / Statuary authorities and respective channel partners for NOC, Net-metering and other clearances
Performance monitoring of various projects
Find and Fix site issues and handling customer complaints
Technical Skills / Key Skills:
Excellent understand of PV technology
Ability to lead Installation team for Solar PV rooftop/ground Projects
Good team management skill
Experience in Solar PV Design, Installation and project delivery
Value good engineering practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
