Job Description:
Candidate must have a Experience of solar Industry
Sales of Solar PV modules through dealers, distributor network and product integrators
Increase Sales and expand channel network in the assigned area
Identify and target new prospective clients
Identify and evaluate new markets and new profitable business opportunities
Convert leads to customers through effective sales presentations
Organize appointments for scheduling and attend customer home visits for initial prospect, sale, and close
Maintain flexibility in scheduling sales visits during daytime, evenings, or weekends and plan around customer availability
Consistently utilize ERP system and proficiently log all activities throughout the entire sales process
Maintain records and reports to build a pipeline of customers for current and future prospecting while managing assigned territory
Be able to prepare weekly feedback and forecasting reports
Monthly Sales forecasting
Meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and supporting workgroups
Maintain excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients
Keeping a watch on Competitors strategy through market research and Benchmarking prices
Demonstrate the ability to negotiate in a sales environment to help potential customers overcome limiting beliefs and objections to sales calls and presentations
Ability to interface with management, employees and customers with professionalism
Demonstrate critical thinking skills, be able to gather and interpret information, analyze problems and resolve issues
Ability to follow through with commitments and be detailed oriented
EPC project Planning and Execution, Ability to handle Projects Independly.
Salary:
INR 2,00,000 – 15,00,000 P.A. (No Bar For Right Candidate)
