Solar Power Company KPI to go for IPO from Jan 8

Mumbai: KPI Global Infrastructure Limited–a company committed to providing solar power under the brand name of ‘Solarism’ will launch its SME Initial Public Offering(IPO) from January 8 and close it on January 11.
The KPI Managing Director(MD) said on Thursday,”The IPO is of up to 49,92,000 equity shares with the face value of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 80 per equity share including a share premium of Rs 70 per equity share,aggregating upto Rs 39.
93 crore of which 2,49,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs 1.
99 crore are reserved for subscription by the market maker to the Issue. “Vivro Financial Services Private Limited is the ‘Lead Manager’ to the issue.
