(c) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): INR 187200/- in form of Bank Guarantee.

IMPORTANT NOTE
a) Bidders should submit offer through online website: www.ofbeproc.gov.in only.
b) Interested BIDDER shall do vender enrolment with OFK to participate in OFK tender enquiries. Complete details of vender enrolment & obtaining digital signature are available on website http://ofbeproc.gov.in.
c) Original documents EMD should be submitted within due date of opening of tecnical bid.Only SSI Units registered with NSIC for similar Plant and Machinery must submit latest & valid NSIC certificate for exemption of EMD.
d) Tender documents are not transferable.
e) Purchaser reserves right to cancel the NIT/ tender without assigning any reason.
f) Tenderers are requested to download and read complete tender documents carefully before submitting offer online.
g) Bidder not to quote in Foreign currency.
h) All corrigendum/notice relating to this tender will be published/ uploaded on www.ofbeproc.gov.in only.
