3. Job Description:Essential Duties:
Project Engineer – SolarRooftop Projects
Manage the full project cycle
Project planning, Execution, Supervision, monitoring construction at site
Monitoring day to day site activities as per schedule and provide plan accordingly
Conduct site surveys for proposed solar power plants
Create and define work schedules of construction projects
Perform technical evaluation and due diligence on subcontractors
Manage subcontractors in the field
Weekly detailed Project review meeting with sub-Contractor
Trouble shooting issues relating to installation
Liason with Local Govt. bodies
Exposure to getting clearance for Plant commissioning
Perform Quality and Safety oversight
Create MIS and reporting to HO Daily basis
Vendor management for items related to siteKey Skills:
– Solid understanding of Solar Project Management process
– Site inspection
– Timely Execution
– Project Planning
– Understanding of single line diagram
– Knowledge of PV module layout plan
– Knowledge of civil work
– Experience in handling labour force4. Experience: 2-5 years in the solar photovoltaic domain
