Position Solar Project Manager

Location Sri Lanka

Responsibilities

Preparing scope of work definition, cost tracking, budget estimating, and project schedule for the purpose of obtaining project approval, including revisions as required, and reporting to responsible departments;
Providing technical support services as requested;
Work planning and coordination with sub-contractors, suppliers, and field Operations staff;
Management of technical documentation (manuals and drawings);
Procurement of engineering services and materials including obtaining budget estimates and defining quality control parameters;
Preparing project close-out documentation including new/revised operations/maintenance procedures ensuring appropriate supervision of contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers;
Determine appropriate method for soliciting team input and providing project updates.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
A minimum of 5 years’ solar project management experience.
Senior Project Manager’s will typically possess a general working knowledge and understanding of other technical disciplines and equipment such as Electrical, Civil, and Resources Assessment;
Fluent in English and Tamil language will be an advantage
Experience working on project in Sri Lanka will be an added advantage.
