Job Description: Solar PV Systems Technical Trainer
A typical Solar PV Designer’s job will predominantly revolve around following three
key responsibilities:
• Conducting Workshops, Trainings & Seminars
• Preparing PowerPoint Presentations & Training Program Schedules
• Monitoring & Evaluation of the complete program
• Give Hands – on Training on Solar PV Plant Installation (on-Grid & Off-Grid) and
Operations & Maintenance
Depending on the specific position and role, your job will involve some or all of the
following:
• In-Depth technical knowledge in the field of Solar Systems & applications.
• Expert Knowledge on PV Modules, Inverters, Batteries, Module Mounting Structure,
Cables, etc.
• Conducting & Training of Installation and O&M workshops on field.
• Troubleshoot design and construction issues in the field
• Familiarity with Solar Energy related software like PVsyst, PV*SOL, AutoCAD, etc.
• Knowledge of IEC standards and other Standards to be followed in the industry
• Answering queries of participants and help them clear their doubts
• Coordinates with management team to develop complete proposal packages Work
across functionally with sales, project management and other teams to ensure internal
deadlines are met
Typical Qualifications Expected
• Educational qualification: Electrical Engineer or Engineering Background
• Experience: 5+ Years
Other Requirements & Expectations
• Should be ready for field visits
• Should be flexible to perform project management role if needed
• A quality mindset and attention to detail are some of the important qualities for this
job

Rs. 6,00,000/- per annum
