SOLARWORLD AG: SPECIAL REPAYMENT TO BOTH BONDS
A special repayment will be effected to both bonds of SolarWorld AG, causing a reduction of the respective nominal amount of each note. The technical implementation is not expected to require a halt of bond trading.
In the fourth quarter of 2016, the company sold a solar park from its portfolio to an external investor for a total sales price of € 17.0 million. € 7.5 million of the sales proceeds will go to SolarWorld’s financial creditors. They will be paid pro rata to the holders of the Senior Facilities and of both bonds.
