Designation – Senior Business Development Manager
Candidates should be from Solar Industry Only
Package – Negotiable up-to 23 LPA
Experience – 8 – 20 yrs
Location – Delhi
Key Result Areas:
- Built distribution network for products & system in Eastern India and SAARC countries
- Formulated & implemented policies pertaining to future business plan
- Agency to Pvt. & Industrial & Institutional market (Telecom, Railway & Defence)
- Monitored fund allocation in Govt. Dept. for Renewable EnergySystem in Railway, Defence & Telecom
- Addressed clients queries on solarproducts in Industrial/Institutional sector
- Prepared DPR of Indias First MW Range SolarPower, Solar Energy Plant
- Managed sales and marketing strategy development, product planning, profit, revenue targets and market
- share targets
- Developed & deployed quarterly & annual plans, programs & policies for company Sales Managers; backed
- all cross-company sales objectives such as budgets preparation, forecasting of sales targets and so on
- Planned, formulated & implemented marketing strategies and promotions to increase market penetration
- and to drive revenue and profitability by maximizing sales
- Supervised sales and marketing manpower as well as the hiring and training of personnel; tracked
- performance of companys sales unit (staff, account and regional managers)
- Have to close Govt. Project Tenders
