Sr Manager – Solar Financing
Job description:
Exp: 3-5 years; Overall Responsible for companys solar financing division (to be spun of as a NBFC in future) Ability to formulate the Credit & Risk policies for the organization, to set up the best in class policies and process, Business development and retail and institutional customer acquisition. Manage partnerships with Banks/ MFIs/NBFCs Develop and Design appropriate Finance products for lending solar technology particularly solar lighting, solar irrigation, solar microgrids, solar rooftop systems etc. Handle complex data and analytics and to comprehend the risk across transactions Continuous Engagement with Retail and Instituional Customer to structure lending products Identifying possible business growth opportunities with addition of innovative products / structures. Continuous monitoring & engagement to identify stress / early warning signals & deciding exit plan. Design and Implement the performance management system and MIS Training and monitoring of the Credit / Operations and Sales staff at area & branch levels Implement the performance management system and culture as per the objective of the organization Implementing the monitoring mechanism and MIS to ensure that each parameter of KPI is constantly measured, reported, analyzed and improved Responsible to handle internal audit on loan proposals and compliance issues.
