Sr Sales and Proposal Manager
Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities
Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements. Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development. Assists in customer negotiations. Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth. Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process. Develops vision a important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective. Leads business development planning processes for this market. Complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used. Products and systems are client specific and require customization. Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc. Department is involved in medium-large sales.

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales and Proposal with exposure to the Solar business
