Sterling & Wilson Solar Ltd. informed the BSE on Tuesday that Sterling & Wilson Solar Australia Pty. Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company in Australia, has executed a definitive contract for Engineering, Construction and Procurement for a 200MW DC Solar Farm in Australia amounting to AUD220.83mn.
