Deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal will inaugurate the largest power plant at a single location in the state in Mansa on September 29.Stating this Chandigarh on Monday, Punjab New and Renewable Energy Minister Bikram Singh Majithia said the 31.5 MW solar power plant, set up with an investment of Rs 200 crore at Mirpur Kalan village is one of the state’s biggest investments.“This is the largest Power Plant located at single location in the state in 173 acres of land,” Majithia said, adding that the plant had been installed by M/s Bhanu Energy Infrastructure and Power Limited and Bhanu Energy Industrial Development Limited.
