Supply of Solar Power Projects varying from 1 KWp to 500 KWp for Residential Premises in Punjab
Empanelment & discovering L1 rates for EPC companies, manufacturers, suppliers & system integrators of Solar PV Power Projects for design, manufacture, testing, supply, installation and commissioning of different capacity Grid Connected Roof Top Solar Power Projects varying from 1 KWp to 500 KWp, with Subsidy as applicable (Central Financial Assistance by MNRE, GOI) for Residential Premises and Residential Welfare Associations/Group Housing societies Premises in State of Punjab including comprehensive maintenance for 5 years, as per details given in Tender Specifications.
Tentative allocation of 50 MW (subject to allocation to the PSPCL by MNRE) will be distributed among all the Eligible firms/bidders/agencies in all Capacities Ranges. Out of this 50 MW Capacity, PSPCL shall initially allocate tentative 28 MW amongst category-A bidder and 12 MW amongst category –B bidder.
PSPCL shall allocate the remaining unallocated capacity of 10 MW (tentative) to bidders/vendors depending upon the performance of empanelled vendors. Any decision regarding allocation of quantity to bidders/vendors shall be sole discretion of PSPCL and binding to all. For any additional allocation/transfer of allocation to any vendor in both Category-A & B subject to unutilized capacity(by vendor) out of total capacity allocated to PSPCL by MNRE for this tender, the decision of the office of Dy. Chief Engineer /IPC,PSPCL shall be final and binding to all. During the execution of work, the allocated capacity/quantity can be altered keeping in view of performance of empanelled individual vendor. The decisions of office of Dy. Chief Engineer /IPC, PSPCL in this regard shall be final and binding to all.
