Techno Commercial Business Development Manager
Job Description :
To propose and install specialised, tailor-made solar water heating systems greater than 1000 litres in size.
To propose and install solar thermal solutions for industrial applications: e.g. boiler pre-feed, process heating, etc
To propose, and install solar thermal solutions for special applications: e.g. solar drying, solar cooling, swimming pool heating, etc
To report to VP Thermal Projects who will set targets and operating plans (op-plan)
To pursue leads provided through the Commercial / Retail sales channel, collect the site survey, develop the proposal, and close the sale in coordination with GMs of Commercial / Retail
To read civil drawings and assess space availability on the terrace for installation solar water heating systems
To recommend innovative solutions to maximise available space, and meet customer requirements
To design systems for specialised applications and work with vendors to develop and source these specialised systems
To strive to achieve the most cost-effective solution in line with customer expectations
To supervise installations of specialized applications to ensure delivery in line with quality standards
To ensure overall customer satisfaction with the working of the entire system
To develop and standardize new applications of solar thermal: e.g. swimming pool heating, solar drying, solar cooling, etc
Salary:INR 5,50,000 – 10,00,000 P.A. Bonus & incentives
