Tender for hiring of project management consultant (PMC) for providing services for conducting detailed feasibility including system design study and developing tender document for BPCL’s select Company Owned Retail Outlets (Petrol Pumps) for setting up rooftop Solar PV plants with supervision of erection and commissioning and O&M activities
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) is a government of India undertaking engaged in the business of refining and marketing of diverse range of petroleum products. BPCL has its existence across the length and breadth of India. BPCL intends to set up rooftop Solar PV plants at BPCL’s Retail Outlets (COCO) across India.
The objective of this tender is to engage a PMC for:
Conducting detailed feasibility including System design study
Developing EPC tender document and its evaluation
Supervising erection, commissioning and O&M activities
In context of the afore-mentioned initiative for putting up rooftop Solar PV plants at BPCL 19 (NINETEEN) locations (Company owned & Co. operated) COCO Retail Outlets, as given in Annexure VII.
SECURITY: Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is NOT applicable for this tender.
INTEGRITY PACT (IP): IP is NOT applicable for this tender.
TENDER DOCUMENT: A complete tender document has been uploaded at Notice and Documents. Bidders are requested to download and read carefully for participation and submitting the E-Bid.
LAST DATE FOR BID SUBMISSION: Your bid should be submitted online on or before the due date i.e. 11th April 2017, 15.00 hours IST. Bids/ Offers shall not be permitted in E-Tender System after the tender due date/ time. Hence, no bid can be submitted after the due date and time of submission has elapsed. Vendors are advised in their own interest to ensure that their bids are submitted in E-Procurement System well before the closing date and time of bid submission. No manual bids/ offers along with electronic bids/ offers shall be permitted. Bids not in the prescribed format, are liable to be rejected.
VALIDITY OF OFFER: The rates quoted against this tender shall be valid for a period of 90 Days from the date of opening of the tender.
Vendors, on the Black/Holiday List of BPCL / MoP&NG / Oil PSE shall not be considered. BPCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the Offers at their sole discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever. BPCL’s decision on any matter shall be Final & any vendor shall not enter into correspondence with BPCL unless asked for. BPCL may call for additional documents if required. BPCL would also consider information already available with them regarding Vendor’s credentials.
