Tenders for determining the financial support of ground-mounted PV systems
A financial support of electricity from newly commissioned ground-mounted systems is possible only through a successful participation in the tender, in which the amount of financial support is determined, § 55 paragraph 3 Renewable Energies Act ( EEG ) . The legal bases for this are § 55 EEG and on the basis of § 88 EEG adopted mounted system tender Regulation ( FFAV ) . The use of financial assistance under the rules of FFAV is not possible for systems that have been put into operation before September 1, 2015 (§ 55 para 3 sentence 2 EEG ). General questions regarding the tendering procedures are to ee-ausschreibungen@bnetza.de to judge. Please note that the granting of legal information and specific legal advice not part of the tasks of the Agency and are therefore not performed.
