To declare that the action of the respondents in not paying the interest on the delayed payments on the bills raised from the petitioner’s 6 MW capacity biomass power project to be arbitrary, illegal and contrary to Article 5.2 of the PPA and consequently direct the respondents to pay Rs. 31,26,772/- interest on late payment.
