Ujaas Energy has bagged an order from Moil Ltd for 5.5 MW solar plant with tracking system at its mines in Madhya Pradesh. The company has received letter of intent from Moil Ltd for design, engineering, procurement, supply, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 5.5 MW (AC) Solar PV Plants with tracking system on turnkey basis at mines in Madhya Pradesh, Ujaas Energy said in BSE filing today. It also stated that this order is in addition to the letter of intend received in December 2016 for 5 MW (AC) in Maharashtra.

Hindalco appoints Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accounts LLP as auditor
* Hindalco Industries today announced appointment of Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accounts LLP as its statutory auditor for five years. “The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 30th May…approved appointment of Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accounts LLP, as statutory auditor of the company, for a term of five years starting from the forthcoming annual general meeting,” the company said in a BSE filing.
The appointment is subject to approval of shareholders, it said.

Wai Wai gains 15 pc market share in south India * Noodle maker Wai Wai has gained a market share of nearly 15 per cent in the south India region alone. Wai Wai has made landmark impact in south India, especially in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, the company said in a statement today. Wai Wai was launched about 30 years ago in Nepal and the north east of India and commands an over 70 per cent market share.
