Job Description:
CORE RESPONSIBILITY:
To manage O&M Technically and Administratively for Cluster of Roof Top sites .
Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:1. Technical :
Managing all the sites under his umbrella up to date in all respect technically.Managing all the plants under his umbrella with minimum uptime of 98%.Exploring the ways and techniques to minimize breakdown time.Managing plants performance to meet generation guarantee.Managing and Analyzing data to maintain plant performance.Establish, implement and monitor Preventive Maintenance at sitesImplementation of Modifications/corrective cost effectively to minimize breakdownsCoordination with Higher Authorities and internal agencies for HOTO process as per SOPEstablish, implement and monitor Safety and Security norms.Timely Executions and Monitoring of Quality Module Cleaning.O&M feedback be shared internally and to suggest improvements in existing and future installations to enhance reliability and cost effectiveness to the system.Should be ready to attend Critical problems immediately at sites whenever require.
2. Administrative :
Ensuring manpower with sufficient strength, quality, punctuality and discipline at sites.Managing all the basic requirement of all the sites.Managing Inventories & Tools effectively for respective sites.Ensure inter and intra departmental coordination Adherence to and implementation of standard policies and procedures.Coordination with Govt./ Statutory agencies to meet statutory requirements.Arranging and imparting training to technical staff for continual up-gradation.Ensuring all statutory compliances for respective sites.Dealing with Insurance and local agencies and local labours / technicians.Scheduling and planning of manpower and site visits for smooth operation of
