Job Description:
1.Candidate must have a Experience of solar Industry
2.Plan and executing the Production activity at shop floor.
3.Meet the Production target to achieve the organization goal.
4.Supervising and mentoring all the process & staff.
5.Workplace managing programs and organizing and cross-training worker teams for maximum production flexibility.
6.Production improvement, analyze current methods and develop new ways to save steps, time and materials in order to reduce costs.
7.Initiating and implementing programs to control inventory, improve efficiency and increase production may help enhance a managers value to the company.
8. Improve production, reduce costs and successfully drive organizational change.
9.Master new processes for gathering and analyzing data.
10.Apply best practices for strengthening the bottom line.
11.Analysis the process rejection and log the CAPA for continual improvement.
12.Stabilized the testing facility AS per IEC standard 61215 & 61730 across the Plant.
13.Salary Range is as per the Experience/ No Bar for Right Candidate.
Salary:INR 5,00,000 – 15,00,000 P.A. (No Bar For Right Candidate)
