Build Adequate infrastructure for Solar
Direct and coordinate Solar Sales & Marketing functions.
Will be responsible for Solar Sales & Marketing function including budget, policies, and operating procedures.
Research and develop strategies and plans which identify & achieve closure of marketing opportunities
Responsible for developing effective marketing & sales strategy.
Co-ordinate projects/Sales
Knowledge & Skill requirement
Strong leadership, problem solving, decision making ability, target oriented.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
Motivate and inspire team member.
A strong contact within solar market segments & customers therein, is highly desirable
