Ms Sultania comes with around 15 years of diverse experience in investment banking and corporate finance with extensive knowledge in infrastructure sector and in areas encompassing equity fund raise, debt raise, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, green field debt, refinance and credit rating.
Ms Sweta was earlier associated with renowned organizations like Ernst & Young, Acme Cleantech Solutions, Enam Securities among others. She has successfully advised companies on fund raising and M&A in solar, wind and power transmission space in the past.
