Job description
Candidate should be from Solar Industry
Project Planning, Monitoring, and Scheduling & Coordination in Solar Power Projects with knowledge of Primavera/MSP.
Good Analytical & Judgmental skills so as to take good strategic and operational initiatives.
Forward looking thinker, actively seeks opportunity and propose solutions.
Coordinating for the compilation of all MIS on Site Performance.
Identifying the gray areas, critical activities, key problems, achievements, issue need focus and apprising them to senior management.
Regular follow up with Site for timely completion of the commitments.
Assisting senior management for implementation of Best Project management Practices, Integrated Management Systems and other Continuous Improvement Plans.
Preparing minutes of meetings of all the meetings.
Apprising to higher management with Comparison of current schedule with the baseline schedules.
Assisting AVP for Projects and various departmental budgets.
Extending all kind of Executive support like: – Meeting Schedule, Travel Plans and single point contact between HODs, Corporate office & other staff/employees. (ref:mfg.careers)
