West Bengal Data Centre Policy 2021.
West Bengal govt. has recently notified the West Bengal Data Centre Policy, 2021,? the main benefits are as below:
1) ED exemption for 5 years.
2) Industrial tariff for Data Centres in place of existing commercial Tariff.
3) Companies willing to establish captive firms shall be extended complete support from the Government for obtaining approvals and permits through a single window.
Above will open new market for RE Developers at WB, to start with at RE CPPs for least Data Centers.
